Posting Info

Orders are always shipped within 7 days.
I aim to go to the post office once or twice a week. Depending on what day you order, it can take anywhere from 1-6 days for me to dispatch the order, after which you will receive an email.

Delivery Method

In the UK, I offer a choice of Royal Mail Shipping (48 Hours Tracked or 24 Hours Tracked) and courier shipping.

For all other countries, I now only ship using Royal Mail's Tracked, Signed, or Tracked & Signed Shipping. You will receive a tracking order with your shipping confirmation email.

If you place an international order above a certain value and weight, I may send the order with a courier such as UPS, DHL or FedEx, I usually communicate this in an email!

Customs charges

I send orders from the UK, and you may be charged VAT/duties when you buy from me from abroad. If you are in the EU, please be aware of the recent changes regarding import charges! I am not responsible for these charges, and unfortunately I am unable to predict exactly how much you may be charged, and this varies between different countries. I am unable to send your order marked as a gift.

If you are in the USA, you will not have to pay any customs fees/duties/tarriffs - I pay this upfront, and the cost of this is rolled into the shipping cost.
